By engaging LeadScale Media's services, you agree to these terms governing the relationship between LeadScale Media and its clients for all digital marketing services provided.
LeadScale Media provides Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, PPC, and performance marketing. Deliverables and KPIs are defined in individual service agreements.
Standard terms require payment within 15 days of invoice. Ad spend budgets are separate from management fees.
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. We never disclose client data without written consent.
